yeah, I agree that Scar was quite a clever villain. I don't know where I've heard this (probably some movie) but I remember someone once saying, "A hero is only as good as its villain." (or something to that effect). I believe that with Scar scheming and being sinister, it made Simba's triumph even more heroic to save his pride, and it also helped stir the conflict between him being his uncle and also the villain. I'm glad Simba didn't end up killing Scar in the end. I like when the heroes become the better man (or woman). However, Scar definitely ranks up there with my favorite Disney villains!

Scar's death was exquisitely planned out yes :]

First running away, then begging for his life, then attacking and being cast down, and finally destroyed by his own scheming words... Perfect

I hate that part! I can't belive Scar had the guts to deprive a small boy of his father and then blame it on him! Does Scar know how emotionally shattered Simba was? I'm glad this wasn't real and it was just a movie!

You better believe it lol, Scar was capable of that. And no, Scar didn't care about what Simba was feeling, he just cared about being king. Many real life people are like that, you know...sad...

That plan he made was very smart, yet instead to use his intelligence to do good, he uses it for evil. That's the bad part lol.

Yep, and I'm sure Scar knew it was very wrong, but his need to be king was too strong...

Even if this plan was evil, this was a very important key to this movie
