Ronno said, "Well I'll tell you that one later when you are older. Anyway anytime the father came to this fawn he yelled at him and beat him." Ronno hid his scars so that Membo wouldn't know it was him.

Membo sniffed once more and frowned, "That doesn't make me feel better."

Ronno said, "Patience Membo. You have to hear the rest of the story first." He continued, "Luckily his father wasn't around much. However other 'factors' made the fawn's life even more horrible."

Membo said, "That's not helping either."

Ronno said, "Patience Membo. It will be happy in the end. Anyway...the factors I talked about was that the fawn was so weak he couldn't fight fawns his age and picked on younger fawns. He had become just like his father."

Membo wanted to protest, but since he figured that he'd get the same answer he remained quiet.

Ronno continued. "Now the fawn then met two new fawns that were younger than him. There was one he didn't like after he called him a liar and there was one he had a crush on. Unfortunately his mother called him and just like with the older fawns he was called a mother's boy. But because of this that fawn I spoke of who called him a liar, he tried to make a fool out of him even trying to take the fawn he had a crush on twice. Now here comes the happy part Membo."

Membo couldn't understand where was the happy part of the sotry, but he waited quietly

Ronno smiled at Leah. "It was then after he fell in the water trying to beat the fawn I spoke of that he walked around a while before finally seeing the love of his life. He had many obstacles ahead. His father cut both him and his mate, her father disapproved of him, but the biggest obstacle was his hatred of the fawn that called him a liar. Eventually though he finally let go of that hatred and his son and that fawn's daughter became mates."
