I made a One Shot of Kopa returning to Pride Rock as a grown Lion which people seemed to enjoy, it is not very in depth but if you would like to look at that to get some ideas, at least on how I presented him as a character other than just being Simbas son then you are welcome to :)

Hmm... Kovu was born a Pridelander and didn't deserve being an Outlander at all, so I personally can't vision Kopa being favoured over Kovu for where-you're-from terms--especially as Simba in the end came to see that they are one. But I think both ideas are fascinating. I personally would like to imagine that Kovu's non-royal blood would mix with the Pridelands' royal line by Kiara remaining the firtst in line to become the ruler. To me it's kinda fascinating if the non-royal part of the bloodline came from the king and the ruler was a queen for a change.

This argument would be productive if people would lay off each other and have a civilized discussion. =P

Personally, I don't mind this discussion. It's sort of a change from the normal 'I love x character he is the best' that you find in all these topics usually. Maybe we should contain it to PMs from now on though, or make a separate debate thread? ^^

I agree with Snowy. This has gone to far. If someone comes along to find out something about what Kopa is to TLK fans, this would be a depressing talk to stumble across. I think if anything we should call a truce or something and try and refrain from agruing for a while, because this surely must be a repetative talk. You must've covered everything Kopa related by now

Oh I agree but on a Lion King forum, a civilised discussion is a bit of a long shot unfortunately. I think a separate thread for debating his relation to the cannon and what not is a pretty good idea, in principle at least but like Snow said just a second ago, for all intents and purposes there is no reason why it cant be done via MSN or PMs, heck even Skype, have a proper voice chat about it :D if it is that interesting.

That sounds like a decent plan. There was a threat about it before, I think. Didn't it get locked because it was going to far? Anyway, I think the who Pm/MSN or Skye thing sounds decent. The other members need a break from all this arguing x3

Hmm... I quite like the idea of Kopa being the opposite of Scar. Really pleased not to be king and really helpful, I think Simba should have something go right in his life for once haha!
