DO you think Timon and Pumbaa know about Simba's past?

I was thinking about this. Timon and Pumbaa weren't shown to be listening to Scar and Simba when they were talking about Simba "killing" Mufasa...he obviously didn't tell them in the jungle. Do you think he ever mentioned it? I'm sure they would have asked after the big fight.

What do you think?

I'm sure they asked about it after the fight and Simba told them the whole story. Before that, no.

They knew about Scar because Timon said, "We are fighting your uncle for this?" so they probably would have questioned the reason for him wanting to fight his uncle. On the other paw though, it might just be that he chose not to tell them, but they believed that him fighting his uncle was the right.
Still I think it would be a safe bet to assume they did know, especially when at the end and he was walking Pride Rock, they would not have known the true scale of that moment otherwise.

Yeah, they knew about his uncle because Nala told them. But even Nala had no idea about Simba's past at that point, so I guess Timon and Pumbaa knew they had to go there because Scar was a lousy king and Simba, as the true heir, had the responsability to make him step down and become the next king.

But he might of explained after that stars scene? Not trying to disagree on purpose, just giving a possibility.

I don't think they knew until after the fight. They probably asked afterward, though.
