Generally more interaction between Nala/Sarafina and Simba/Sarabi.
More about Simba and Nala as cubs, playing together.

The "Simba Decides to Return" deleted scene would be interesting but with a few changes.
Scar trying to seduce Nala + Shadowland would be nice.

Also Shadowland would be great, it`s an amazing song, and it would be interesting to see the moment where Nala leaves Pride Rock to find help.

Mheetu. I would liked to have seen Mheetu in the movie. That would be cute <3 He could be there when Simba and Nala go to the elephant Graveyard, and Nala could try and protect him from the Hyenas while Simba roared at them... You know?

This. ^^ They had a chance to add a scene, any scene and the result is the useless Morning Report? If I had to add a song from TLKoB would be Shadowland.
