How long are you supposed to stay on the internet?

Lol, random question. Anyway, how long are you supposed to stay on the internet?
I'm only on for 1 hour, but sometimes I stay on longer.

On summer (now) I'm here a lot of hours. In winter, 2-4 hours.
I guess that the correct thing would be 2 hours, in my opinion.

It's bad for your eyes if you stay on the computer for too long, an hour a day on the PC should be a good amount of time, but it doesn't really matter that much. The internet has no boundries, so I wouldn't think there would be a problem with how long you stay on it.

Actually it is not bad for your eyes, watching a screen. It is not so good for your head (brains or emptyness, what you have). Take a brake after 1hr for like 15 mins. It would be ok then
