Oh me too that part was hilarious The parenthood scene cracks me up every time, too. I love the song "Jungle Boogie" that they play during the scenes when Simba is being a mischievous cub, kicking Timon up in the air and climbing trees. xD If anything they got cub Simba down pat. Except for the voice...I guess.

I love the Jungle Boogie song during the small sequences as well! One of my favorite cubby moments is when Cubby Simba is just relaxing in the flow of water, heading towards the waterfall lol. They did a good job capturing Cubby Simba's character and such. The voice actor who filled the role did a pretty decent job. ^^ Just that no one could top JTT's performance.

I really loved it too. It was halarious. I really enjoyed how Teen Simba was there, and how they showed what they did for every stage he grew into. ^^ I loved that part when little Simba was going down the waterfall, like he didn't have a care in the world. It was also very cute when he told Timon and Pumbaa he had a bad dream. That cute little voice of his. But still, it didn't beat John Taylor's voice for Simba's orginal voice.

There are many flaws in this movie, but if you look past them its a really fun time to watch! ^^

And also, thanks to this movie I found out about the song "The Lion Sleeps Tonight" Lebo M. version. It is still one of my favorite songs of all time. ^^

I don't really like this movie. Only thing I do like is that Ma and uncle Max appeared as new characters. They're cute!
But I don't like the "humor" of Timon and Pumbaa (maybe because the target group of Disney are children and I'm a bit older....)
I was hoping for some more new characters, and a bit more depth.
This movie sure had his nice parts, don't misunderstand, but I also saw a lot of re-doing scenes.....the saddest part is the very beginning of this movie. You see the silhouettes of Timon and Pumbaa, Timon with the remote (how suprising, he's still a control freak) and Pumbaa beeing humiliated by his little narcistic buddy. On the background (the cinema screen) you see OLD SCREEN CAPTURES..... just recycling again.

No, as a sequel, I loved Simba's Pride. There was a new story, new songs and new characters. Opinions may vary, but this 1.5 part, no.... I saw it once and I don't need to see it again.

This movie SUCKED. SP WAS WAY BETTER THAN THIS.

Good things:

-The colours were right, unlike Simba's Pride colours. They were pinky.
-The characters were the old selves. In SP, the old characters weren't.
-It was funny. Like Timon's proposal. lol

Bad things:

-Why make a movie with Timon and Pumbaa? They already had TV series which sucked too.
-How come it's TLK if the main characters are not lions?!
-The hyenas don't look right.
-COMPUTER ANIMATION. TLK WAS HAND DRAWN. LAZY DISNEY.
-It didn't make sense. After Simba's presentation, they made beds and fell asleep. And when they woke up, Simba was a fully grown cub and he was singing IJCWTBK. WTH?

yeah, simba's speedy growing up doesn't make much sense either, like the rest of the movie.... or am I just too old for Timon-and-Pumbaa-fun?

I remember as a kid, I didn't really like them too (I detested Timon for using and abusing his friends!!)

Smae here, I never liked them, so I don't like the movie much either. I just bought it because I'm a collector.
