Online petitions never go anywhere. If there's no plan for a movie, they won't make one just because certain thousands people want it.

Yeah, I know. When I heard about that I thought "Boy, Disney really loves to milk the cash cow" but after seeing what Lasseter had to say about it I thought "That's more like it."

Anyway, I think Tangled 2 it's not a very good idea. Even most fans don't want it, from what I've seen. Disney is just not very creative with sequels. Gothel has a secret evil sister/cousin/neighboor? Rapunzel's son wants to live in a tower because he feels different? Rapunzel's daughter falls in love with Gothel's nephew/son because he's nice? Tangled 2: Pascal and Maximus's Funny Adventure With Shrek-ish Humor?
Let's just make up a bunch of new characters related to the first movie but that came out of nowhere and for no reason, change the original characters to fit the new plot and copy scenes, dialogue and events from the first movie just because we're lazy? Sounds like every single Disney sequel...
