Is It Possible To Change Your Username?

I'm having some confusion. Is it possible to change your username? I looked all around my "User Controll Panel" and didn't find anything. So I was wondering if there was some sort of rule against it or something.
If its possible and I'm missing something, could someone please tell me how?
Or coould someone please offer me an explanation as to why it isn't allowed and/or not possible?

Just ask the administrator to change your name ask moka hes the top lion here and the administrator.

Moka is the only one that can change the username of someone, becuase he's the admin
