I have gone to phycologists but they are so incompetent when it comes to even low functning autism. Most are nothing more than legal drug dealers and since I can speak I am not autistic, I am bi polar and need to take Abilify on the spot.
I do not even know how to play basic poker and I'm not obsessive about where my underwear comes from. Most phycologists and phycatrists I come across are surprised that a supposed "autistic person" can speak. Raymond Babbit could speak you, nincompoops! Besides, it's been over twenty years since that movie was released and these so called "experts" need to stop living in the past and get caught up with the times. I bet some of these loosers think labotomies are still cutting edge. I know what you mean by these self diagnosers. They ruin it for those who are legit and make it even harder for autistic people to fit in.
