Garo stood for a moment, looking from Gurri and then to his parents a few time and then saying to her, "I'll be right back." he then walked over to his mom and dad, "Hey dad, mom."

Gurri nodded her head. Meanwhile Ronno came to Garo, "Uh let us talk alone boy." He moved away from Leah until he and Garo were by themselves. "So uh there are going to be changes in your mate before she has fawns son."

Friend Owl said, "Well you'll meet him soon enough."

Garo walked with his father, "What do you mean?"

Bambi nodded, "Well I wont rush you."

Ronno looked at Garo. "What I mean is uh...her appetite will increase and she will be short-fused. Don't take it personally though."

Friend Owl said, "Thank you Great Prince. So when will the new generation be..."

Garo believed his father because of the way he saw Gurri eat a few moments ago, "It's kinda hard to imagine mom short-fused. I mean, I've never seen her mad in my life."

Bambi shook his head, "Geno's mate died a few days ago." Might as well tell him the truth, "I don't know... He might find a new one, but I don't think so... He took it pretty hard."

Ronno laughed at Garo, "Well that is because you haven't been around her in the bad part of the phase. Your mother is the nicest doe in the world but when she was about to have you she was the meanest."

Friend Owl hung his head. "Oh I am sorry Great Prince. I had no idea. Give my condolences to Geno." He then said to Bambi, "When do you plan on passing the title to Geno?"

Garo had a hard time imagining his mother being mean. "Well I wont argue..."

Bambi shook his head, "My father passed me the title when Geno and Gurri were born. So I guess I'll do the same by the time all fawns are given birth to." There was however one problem; Who will get the title after Geno?

Ronno then said, "Well that is all I am going to say. You can return to your mate."

Friend Owl nodded his head. Meanwhile Gurri noticed Garo walking over. "What did your father talk about Garo." Meanwhile Bambi the skunk said to his mate, "Well you better meet Geno, the next Great Prince."

Garo walked back to Gurri, "Oh, just another father-son talk."

Bambi then said, "I should get going. There's lots to be done..."

Bambi's mate smiled, "I didn't know you're friends with the prince."

Bambi the skunk said, "Uh yeah I am friends with the young Prince. He will be the Great Prince one day." He then yelled, "Hey Geno!"
