I think that's Nala.

She seems to have light eyes, either green or blue.
Her neck looks massive! Anyway, I've read this is a cover draft and it was the same with the DVD cover. They released a draft but then made some major improvements. I really hope that's the case with the Blu-Ray.
Come on, it has to be. The other Disney Blu-Ray covers look much better than this.
