Bambi's mate then asked, "Just out of pure curiousity... How did you become friends with them when you were little?"

Lana was right; Garo and Gurri will probably tell everybody, "Well, that's true. I think it would be best if you met them now, it will be better if we arethe ones to tell them."

Garo didn't no the answer, but he didn't see anything bad if Geno had fawns of his own, "I don't know, but won't it be great if you get a niece or nephew? It can play with our fawn."

Bambi the skunk looked at his mate. "Uh we just met. I was there when they were born. They were smaller than me then. Now they tower over me."

Lana nodded. It seemed they beat Garo and Gurri home so she went over to Faline figuring that was his mother. "Hello ma'am. I am pleased to finally meet you. I am Geno's...friend. I am not going to lie to you so I'll say that I am the worst doe in the forest."

Gurri nodded and said, "Uh a fawn is not an 'it' Garo." She then looked at Garo and said, "Well we better get back to my mother and your parents now." She then went the opposite way. They were origninally just walking around.

Bambi's mate laughed a little, "Well deer are bigger than the other animals in our forest."

Geno frowned at what the doe said to his mother, "Why are you saying that?" he then looked to his mother. Mom this is Lana. She's a little nervous about meeting you."

Garo sighed. "I know. I just can't tell if it'll be a male or a female so I said 'it'" He didn't argue when Gurri said they should head back, but for some reason he had a feeling that they took the wrong way.

Bambi sighed, "I know I just made the point that at one time they were once my size."

Lana looked at Geno, "I am just speaking the truth." Faline smiled and said, "Well 'Lana' I respect you for speaking truthfully to me and not lying. Son uh who exactly is she to you?"

Gurri nodded and went back to where everyone was. She soon saw Lana and Geno there talking to her mother. "I wonder what my mother will think of this Garo?" She kept looking at the scene.

"Oh my," said Bambi's mate, "they must have been really cute."

Geno was a little confused. On one hand Lana wanted him to introduce her to his mother, but now she was acting like she had just changed her mind about that. He didn't know how was his mother going to react to this, "She's my mate." It might seem really quick to her, but she had to be informed of it.

Garo shook his head, "I don't know." he then remembered the way Gurri's mother reacted to what they had told her a few minutes ago, "I guess she'll be happy. Just a wild guess."

Bambi the skunk laughed. "Yes they were actually."

Faline looked kinda shocked for a few seconds. "Oh I see." Lana then said, "Uh yes there is more. Uh I might be having fawns soon in a few months." Faline looked really shocked then. "Oh. Son perhaps I can talk to you for a minute?" Once Geno was away with Faline, she said, "So I see you already decided without your father and I's blessing hmmm?"

Gurri then looked at Garo, "I don't know. She looks kinda shocked and disappointed from what I see in her eyes."

Bambi the skunk's mate then said, "I know it sounds kind of unbelievable but I've never seen a fawn in my life."

Geno felt a little bad with himself, "I'm sorry mom... It just happened... I promise I'll tell dad the moment I see him."

Garo continued to look at the scene, "That's odd... I thought she'd be really happy about that... Should we try helping him or something?"

Bambi the skunk laughed. "Uh they are really little at first, and they have spots, and then they get bigger and lose their spots, and if they are males, grow antlers."

Faline said, "Well you made your choice now. And if you leave her I will disown you." She came back to Lana. "Dear I am glad to welcome you into the family."

Gurri shook her head. "I wouldn't get involved."

Bambi's mate smiled a t the description, "How little?"

Geno felt angry all of a sudden. Not only what she said was annoying, she didn't even bother on at least pretending to be happy for him. He didn't show it and pushed it to the back of his mind as he walked with his mother back to Lana.

Garo slowly nodded, "Yeah, I guess you're right."

Bambi the skunk said, "Oh about our size."

Faline then said, "My home is your home now Lana. Whatever I have belongs to you now. Be honored that you are the future Great Prince's mate. Well good luck you two." With that she laid down to think a bit. Lana smiled at Geno. "Your mother is really nice."

Gurri smiled and said, "Besides we have our own family to worry about."
