How many cubs does Simba have?

This, and unofficial (in the eyes of producers) OCs. Other cubs are vaguely possible, though it'd be difficult to connect them.

I've mentioned before how I often divide the TLK movies, books, games and the musical into separate "universes" because of the vast differences between them.

Going by this formula, Simba has one cub in the Movie Universe: Kiara. (I sometimes actually consider Simba's Pride as a whole to be sort of a world apart from TLK given how much the characters change, especially baby Kiara.)

In the Book Universe, Simba also has only one cub, but it's Kopa. In this universe, Kiara, Zira and the Outsiders don't exist.

In the early draft of Simba's Pride, Simba had two cubs, Shani (later redesigned [she used to look like this] and renamed Kiara) and Chaka, who was betrothed to a lioness cub named either Kirijah or Timira. However, both of them were dropped from production. (Wow -- first Mheetu, then Chaka. What is it with Disney "killing off" brothers of the main characters of the TLK franchise?)

I'd always considered him to just have the one, though upon joining the site, the Kopa argument came into the mind. So I guess just one, maybe two. Though the possibility of others beyond SP is somewhat intriguing, whether it is likely or not.
