Geno smiled, "Still, thanks. You helped me realise that." he then slowly nodded as she suggested going to sleep. "Uh... where do you want to settle for the night?"

Garo nodded. "We can look for him in the morning. By then those wounds will probably stop aching so much..."

Thumper nodded, "If you ask me he is. But you'll have to decide that yourself"

Bambi the skunk's mate smiled, "Why would I yell at you?" Meanwhile Long Ears put the blossoms down by the grass.

Lana looked at Geno and said, "Well I dunno about you but I am going to sleep right here." She laid down and didn't ask for Geno's input. She immediately fell asleep once she closed her eyes.

Gurri nodded and said, "Good idea."

Flower nodded. "Ah well I am going to go to sleep my friend."

Bambi the skunk coughed and pointed at Long Ears' mate when she wasn't looking.

Geno was about to ask whether he could lay down right next to her, but she fell asleep right away. He lay down next to her, but this time he kept a few inches away from her.

Garo wanted to speak up again, when suddenly his mother returned. When she saw he son was alright a relieved expression came over her face. She wanted to remain quiet and give Gurri and Garo some 'alone' time, but she grew concerned when she saw all the scratches upon her son's body. "Garo, what happened to you?" she asked, Garo just shook his head, silently telling his mother that it was nothing serious.

Thumper then yawned, "I think I'll go to sleep as well."

Bambi the skunk's mate started eating, Long Ears looked at his friend with a confused expression.

However Lana couldn't sleep long and got up. She woke Geno up and said, "I am sorry but can I ask you something? I mean uh if you could, would you want another...mate even if she didn't replace Marena."

Gurri looked at Garo. "Uh are you ready to go to sleep." Ronno meanwhile went to Leah. "Those are wolf claws that cut up Garo. Only that animal could have done that."

Flower nodded. He then laughed. "I wonder if every day will be as interesting as this one? I mean this day was a very long, and eventful day don't you think so Thumper?" He waited for his friend's answer.

Bambi the skunk blurted out to Long Ears. "Oh I wasn't saying anything. Certainly nothing about your mate!" He laughed nervously.

Geno was kind of busy thinking when Lana woke up suddenly. "Uh, sure you can." when she asked the question, Geno didn't catch on to what she was trying to say, "Well... I moved on from the tragedy... So I guess so."

Leah looked back at Garo before answering Ronno, "Wolves? How did they run into wolves?" She knew that it had somehting to do with the fact that Man took them away.

Thumper sighed, "If by interesting you mean having our friend's kids taken away by Man and almost killed... then no."

Lonf Ears raised an eyebrow, "What?" Bambi the skunk's mate then swallowed what she had in her mouth and spoke up, "Bambi! Don't be rude."

Lana nodded and said, "I see." She then looked at Geno, "And uh what about me? Uh how do you feel about me? I mean do you feel anything?" She knew this answer would be the one that would answer everything else.

Ronno shook his head. "I dunno. But I have seen them before. That is how I know that is what attacked Garo. Wolves are kinda like Man's dogs but much worse." He shook his head.

Flower sighed. "No I meant the adventure."

Bambi the skunk got even more nervous. "I mean I didn't say that she was rude and bossy or anything. I mean uh..."

Geno smiled at her, "You taught me love isn't a one-time experience." he said, feeling like he was using the best words to answer her, "I love you."

Leah grew a little concerned, "They don't live in the forest do they?" she asked, hoping for a 'no'.

Thumper chuckled, "Oh... I hope so. Otherwise it gets too boring around here."

Bambi the skunk's mate crossed her hands and began to slowly thump with one of her legs, knowing that it usually made her mate be quiet.

Lana smiled but then said. "Would you uh...I mean you and me? Would you?"

Ronno nodded. "Yes but they are pretty rare around these parts."

Flower laughed as well. "Yeah but I can't take too much adventure at once."

Long Ears' mate said, "Excuse me!" She looked at Long Ears. "Out. Throw him out!"

Geno smiled back at her. "Yes. But uh... would you?"

Leah was scared. She had never seen a wold before, but if Ronno was telling the truth, and Garo really got those injuries from wolves...

Thumper looked at his friend, "You seem to have dealt with today pretty well." he said with a short laugh.

Long Ears didn't know what to do. On one ahnd she was his mate but on the other he couldn't just through his friend out. Bambi the skunk's mate noticed the conflicted look on the rabbit's face and realised that he was the one suffering the most because of this. She grabbed her mate and dragged him outside before looking at him angrilly. "Well you better find us an appropriate place to sleep after what you've just done."

Lana smiled and said, "Most definitely."

Ronno noticed Leah's face. "Don't worry. I won't let anything happen to you or Garo again."

Flower laughed. "Well if you can't laugh from being scared then what can you laugh at?"

Bambi the skunk got even more nervous when his mate put him outside. "I uh...I didn't mean to. When I get nervous I blurt stuff out in my head." He then said to his mate. "Well maybe a nice patch of grass would be good..." Long Ears' mate looked at Long Ears angry. "And you can kiss your friendship with him goodbye. No one insults me!"
