Aww, I finally saw this again (for the first time in yeaaars) on Saturday when it was on sky. Tod and Copper are just so cute when they were little. And I had to try my best not to cry by like, looking away lol, I just hate that scene where she leaves Tod

Anyway, I havent seen the 2nd one....which is probably a good thing =]

YES it is a good thing. It might ruin it for you, as midquels often do.

Well, I dont need to see the 2nd movie to know that it was unnecessary, I mean watching it again it seemed to end nicely....what else is there to add? Just what is the 2nd movie about anyways??
Not to mention the movie came out, like, 30 years ago or something, I mean its very obvious why they made the sequel (like most)

I've only seen short clips in Disney videos and straight away I noticed the animation difference.

I despise the second one. Way to ruin the first movie. Love the first one however, it's definitely one of my favourite Disney movies.

The sequel wasn't that bad I thought. I mean, you sort of get bludgeoned in the head by the moral of the film, and it's very predictable, but the characters are still cute, and you can enjoy it if you get into the right mindset ;)

I LOOOOOOVE FatH!
It's a beautiful movie and shows what true friendship is all about. The sequel? Hmm... It's ok, but it's nothing like the original. Sure, it's fun to see Tod & Copper have issues as pups and having their friendship tested at the young age. But if you've seen the original, you would know that it didn't really happen.

I feel the same about Bambi. The original was about his childhood and then growing up, and then there comes a sequel with a different story. Like him getting adopted, and I would never imagine The Great Prince to even take time to be with his son. All he does is stare into the forest.

So yeah, the FatH original is the best for me and my favourite one of the two movies. I actually only have the 2nd one cause it might have some good scenes for future AMV's. And same with Bambi, I have noticed Bambi 2 has some great scenes for AMV's.
