Was Scar sick or was he obssessed

Hi ive decied to say this because it was something that i've been wondering about for along time.
When i saw LK on broadway madness of king Scar stuck in my mind. WHy. Because of one detail.
Scar tries to seduce Nala.
Now if i am correct Nala is way younger then Scar and it is the equivelent of a 60 or 70 yearold trying to seduce a nineteen year old.
So who did i go to
Being below the age of 65 and a Internet cafe far from walkable i asked my dad about this. Using are knowledge of Medieval history and other aspects of the production. We pinpointed some facts
1. Scar might not care all he cared about was dominance influence and power. example King John and thriteen yearold Isabella of Angouleme.
2. It might be his way of showing "i can take what i want when i want"
3. Hinted in the title Madness of King Scar.
4.Scar feeling Nala was beautiful and not caring about her age.
5. Isnt it a belief that Nalas father is a rougue of some sort. Scar might of believde Nala owed her for him not kicking her out of the pride.
6. A punisment for Nala for not hunting and for questioning his power
These are some of the facts i have collected what do you think

Scar was not that old to be the equivalent to a 60 or 70 year old man, more like a 40 something year old guy.
But anyway, he felt like he owned the land and his subjects, including Nala. He could do whatever he want with them. He wanted someone who could adore and respect him inconditionally, to show everyone he was loved. He could have children. He was not interested in having a family, per se, but he wanted to leave his mark, to have descendents.
He needed the best queen he could have. The most attractive, the most desired, one he could easily dominate. He thought Nala was the perfect choice. She grew up during his reign, she would respect and fear him more, she was also very attractive and young.

I think it was because Scar was power crazy. Him seducing Nala was just a way for him to exert his power.

If you were basing this off the facts from the first movie, I saw no flirtation between Scar or Nala. This wouldn't make sense anyhow, considering Scar's and Nala's age difference.

If you were refering to the Broadway Musical, I honestly can't say because I haven't seen the show. My personal opinion is he was a little bit of both; though more obsessed than sick. He just wanted to be king instead of Simba and he would do anything to get what he wanted.

Also, a lion would be an adult at around ages one to two, so he could not have possibly been sixty or seventy. And if you look at Mufasa, he seemed quite young in the first movie, and he was older than Scar; so that means Scar couldn't have been that old.

However, Scar has a black mane which indicates old age in lion biology. That also means he could have been old; unless he was born with the black mane.

i read on anouther tlk site that the person who animated scar wanted to show him putting the moves on nala or sarabi to show he was straight, because in the movie he acts alittle gay, maybe the people on broadway desided to show that part?

Even in human terms I think Scar was not even close to 60.
