Mufasa! ooooooo now he was a big fella! you just had to look at him and think 'yeah hes in charge' shame scar killed him off i would ahve liked to see how the story would have gone if Mufasa survived

Mufasa is the high water mark of Pridelands Kings in the series. Obviously dominant, intelligent, reliable and caring. He had it all and though his death was necessary for the story, I too would have liked to see more of him.

Mufasa has always been something like a role model for me. Not only as a strong and wise character, but also as a father. I hope one day I'll be such a good father as he was. He's not only ruling a kingdom, being a leader and a protector, he's also the kindest lion once you get to know him. He'll always be someone I'll look up to...
