I like that idea. Usually the banned person doesn't get a chance to say goodbye or post contact info in their profiles since most bans are quite sudden. Maybe the mods could contact them right after they're banned asking if they want an announcement to be made or something
That's assuming they aren't trolls or bots btw.
I also agree with Azdgari and highly doubt Snowy would multiaccount
or post offensive stuff on MLK using his moderator privileges... trust me, he's really not like that lol. I also think this is an issue that needs to be settled over MSN xP
