is more likely that Zira knew that Scar was Simba's uncle, thinking that Zira and Scar meet time ago before Mufasa die, but also make me think that they meet during Scar's reign and Scar didn't mention Simba thinking that he the hyenas already kill him, and obviously he didn't want to mention him

Yes, I think so. If we assume that Zira was a part of the Pridelander pride before Scar took over, it`s very unlikely that she didn`t know. And even if she joined the Pride sometime during Scars reign, I`m sure she would have found out somehow.. The lionesses or Scar himself would have told her about Simba and Scars relation to him.
