Bakari slowly meandered over to the group, his paws tiring from his fruitless hunting efforts. He noticed the group looking like it was itching to move out and he even noticed a new group member. "Hey guys, sorry I dissappeared for so long... I was trying to find anything to eat but the prey here is just nonexistant. I'm gonna guess you guys have come up with some sort of plan, but I don't believe we've been introduced yet." He commented, looking at the new lioness.

Tai watched as Bakari walked up to the group, he wanted to know were Bak had been. Tai waited for Bakari to finish talking and then said, "Bakari this is my mate Nanati, Nanati this is Bakari. Yeah, we noticed that there wasn't much so we were going to leave. We didn't know were you were, but I'm sure you could take care of yourself." He then looked to Zeke and Mila and said, "Can we go now? I'm starving."

Bakari's paws itched to get moving and hopefully find some more nurishment for his belly. "It's nice to meet you Nanati," Bakari meowed, bowing his head respectfully. "And even if I could take care of myself, I'd much rather be with a group. I'm sick of being a nomad."

Mila had wondered where Bakari was, she knew that it wasn't a good sign that he had been gone for such a long period of time, but he was back now. That was all that mattered to her, the safety of her comrades - the lions and lioness she so deeply cared for. She watched as Taisaku introduced her lioness friend, and felt a need to comment about his sudden lack of manners. "Don't say that!" She didn't want to abandon anybody here, in the vast, dried up lands that were so close to her old home. She would never forgive herself if she did. She then replied to his second rude question by quickly saying. "Well, if you insist, Mr. Demanding.." She trailed off, and didn't focus much on Bakari as she looked over towards the mountains. She wondered what lay beyond them, and slightly wanted to find out. But the icy mountain was already taunting her, even from afar.

Nanati was respectful towards this lion that had just come out of nowhere. She had no clue where he came from, but apparently he was known by the 3 others, so she didn't question it. "Nice to meet you, Bakari." She politely said after her Tai had finished introducing her to this lion. She was a bit taken back by the fact that Tai was so rude towards the group in general. He had never acted like that in anyway in their previous pride. She quickly shoved it out of her might as she made sure to absorb every word that flowed out of Bakari's moist lips. He finished speaking, and Nanati replied once more. "Well, it's always nice to have more company." She smiled warmly, giving Bakari a sweet, innocent look. Nanati stared at Bakari with the warm smile for what she thought was a little too long, and before the situation became awkward, she jolted her head to where Mila was sitting. "Where to?" She asked, not really specifically towards Mila, but the entire group.

Zeke looked over at Mila who was glancing off into the distance. He turned his head to the same spot and began to speak. "Well it seems we have our direction set out. What do you say we get going?" He asked, anxious not to lose any more daylight. He knew the journey ahead of them would be long and dangerous, yet he also knew that with the new company, they had a better chance of surviving.

Bakari gave a long stretch as his jaws gaped wide in a lion-yawn. He was glad to be back with the group, even that short seperation felt too long and in the back of his mind he had a primal, gut fear that his new band of friends might one day decide they'd had enough of him and walk off.

He pushed that thought aside and looked to Zeke and Mila, not wanting to take the first step into the unknown. They made good allies and friends and he didn't want to seem too belligerent or ostentatious, yet he could feel his paws prickling with that energy one gets before the start of a new chapter in their life. However daunting that first step seemed, that fear was equally matched by the burning desire to accomplish and discover what else may be out their for him.

Taisaku was tired of waiting, so he said, "Alright, are going to leave TODAY?" After waiting a few moments for an answer he started to walk off. He looked back and said, " Well, are you guys comming?"

God, so impatient, Zeke thought as he picked up his pace toward Tai. He still didn't like the lion too much, but he knew that he had to get used to him if they were traveling together. Looking back at their small pride, Zeke wondered if they'd all make it to and even through the mountains.
