If we really analyze Simbas actions, we know that he is not really a good person. He threw Scar into flaming hyenas for one thing. I think its perfectly reasonable to assume that it is in character for Simba to exile all of those lionesses.

To be fair, you could argue that Simba threw him into the Hyenahs in self defense... Plus not to mention, if Scar didn't betray the Hyehnas by trying to make them out as the true enemy then they probably wouldn't have eaten him. Although by this point, it was probably quite obvious to them that Scar's plan was going to be a failure.

That sounds a bit harsh, mate. Simba's not bad, and as TPAM said, it was self defence. And he was only kicking him off, not purposely throwing him into the hyenas. How would he know that the hyenas were after Scar? He had always seen the hyenas as Scar's minions.

The betrayal of Scar by the hyenas is a return for him selling them out. Simba could not have known this. Zira got her just desserts. Simba wouldn't kill her, but he would certainly punish her. For him, exile is worse than death, it is a lifetime of suffering. this is a far harsher punishment.

Personally, I'm not an avid fan of Zira, but the woman who plays her portrayed her excellently. My brother loves here though, lol.

She's cruel, despicable, and completely unlikeable... and I wouldn't have it any other way. She certainly puts Simba in an awkward position. This, in turn, allows for an interesting plot development of Zira, especially after Nuka dies.

I never cese to wonder how such a cruel and aweful lioness could have possibly spawned my favorite character. His father must have been one confused but awesome rogue.
