Ethan stood. He could still smell .... what was it - he sniffed again.. a lion? Maybe two? Headed his way. And then there was that lioness that had just come to the outlands. Why all the sudden action today? Ethan was very curious now, but he lay still. The action would find him sooner or later.... although he hoped for sooner.

Kivuli just smiled at his friend 'I understand, u cheetahs are lone animals. You will get used to it it just takes time. I found it hard when i went off alone, i was so used to being around others, i felt..... empty'

"Yeah, I guess your right. Just not used to the attention." Dash was surprised with how friendly Kivuli was. He never knew that a lion with such evil and righteous intentions could be so comforting at heart.

[KingKivuli]

Kivuli managed to get a glimpse of Dash's eyes and for that moment he saw a great confusion playing on Dash's mind 'Is there something you want to ask me Dash? i can see the confusion in your eyes. Dont be afraid of me'

Dash thought for a little bit. He knew not what to say for a little while until an idea came to mind. He needed to know Kivuli a little better before he completely trusted him and he also wanted to find how he got to where he was. "Kivuli, could you tell me about your cubhood?" He asked, hoping he wasn't driving into a sensitive spot.

A slightly bitter look apppeared across Kivuli's face and eyes his cubhood was not the best, however he needed Dash's trust as a friend, he spoke with a hint of anger in his voice ' I was born in the pridelands, i can not remember my mother and father but i do remember what happened. It was during the reign of Simba's uncle Scar i was born, the pridelands were wasted, everything eaten by the hyenas. Then Simba returned, and won his pride back, Scar was killed' Kivuli took a breath this next part of his tale was where it all went wrong 'Serveal months after that happened the pride was divided many were loyal to Scars memory, Simba banished them and they became the Outlanders living in this wasteland. As for myself Simba forced me to make a choice between prides, i had friends in both i could not choose' Kivuli gritted his teeth together 'So he just banished me! I became an outlander under the rule of Zira, Scars mate. She was brutal i was only a teen at the time, i could not take it so i went rogue. For almost a year i was wandering alone seeking my revenge' Kivuli looked forward seeing Lobo darting about trying to get something to eat 'Then i met Lobo, who also had a hated for Simba, so we trained, which brings us to this moment' Kivuli looked back at Dash as they continued walking through the dry cracked land

"I'm sure you'll earn your rightful place," Dash said reassuringly. His past was hard, but in a different way. Memories started to come back, so he quickly changed the subject. "So, what have you planned for the start of this take-over?" He asked, curious of what was to come next.

'We will enter the pridelands and see if we can find others who would join our cause, we must take this slowly and carefully. When the time is right we will strike' Kivuli looked at Dash again 'So whats your story? How has your past treated you?'

Thamini went back to Outlands.It was his favorite place for now.He layed down under the one dead tree and looked around.He loved Outlands so much since his cubhood,what was terrible...His memories came back,about his cubhood...He did not wanted to think about it,so he just went across the lands,thinking about something other...About how he will win over Kiara...
