i think it's more of where you store your photo's i've never used it but i know a lot of people use it for siggy's and avvy's and stuff

No, it just allows you to put pictures onto the internet instantly. Gives you the link an everything so you can put it where ever you want. The program I use for graphix is Photoshop Elements 6.0 You have to buy it, but it's the best program for graphix and well worth the money.
