Hearing Odion talk like this made Ra happy, it was as if all there cubhood hatred for each other had never happened. Sure! Ra said happily, a happy purr evident in her voice

Dakari just sighed and turned his attention back to the direction of Gakuru's older home with a bored expression. Nothing ever happend on border patrols, not even a bit of suspicious movement. Thanks. There were no other lions of his age in the pride, he understood that Tamu and Fali would probably leave the pride at some point to find themselves a mate. There was a chance that they would return to the pride, but he didn't want either Tamu or Fali to move out of his life.

Odion then got up, and motioned at the waterfall. Right this way. he said as he slowly walked towards it. The cave itself was hard to notice unless you came and looked really closely. If you went to the left side of the waterfall, there was a space between the waterfall and the mountain which was big enough for a lion to use and enter the cave without getting soaked.

Tamu smiled, she knew that there would be a long talk with Nuru later, and that she would probably have to talk to Remba. Do you want me to stay and talk? Tamu asked. Tamu knew that it was a long and hard day on guard duty, and thats if she was there, she might be able to help him, and keep his spirits up.

Ra, still being in her adolescent state, thought she had never been to the waterfall before, and had forgotten about the space beside the waterfall, and the cave behind it. Err... Odion? Ra started nervously, slowly following him from where he was walking. You know i cant swim, don't you? she said, hoping that if this didn't work out, he wouldn't pick on her because of it.

Dakari really wanted to find out what was wrong with Nuru right away, but the day would probably pass faster if Tamu did stay. Sure. Anything on your mind? he asked as he pushed the negative thoughts about Nuru to the back of his mind.

Odion, like last time Ra told him that, didn't say anything in response that might make her feel bad about it. You don't have to swim. he said as he walked to the side of the waterfall, and the cave revealed. He climbed a small wall, which seperated the cave from the rest of the waterholeand kept it dry. He then turned to Ra and offered her his paw

Hearing Dakari relax, and lighten up a bit, she knew that he would be better in no time. No, I'm fine, i think... she said, a slight annoyance in her voice, I just want to know if you and Nuru are still getting along alright. she said kindly, hoping that she wasn't being offensive or anything silly.

hearing that she didn't have to swim, and that there was a small gap behind the waterfall, Ra hesitantly moved towards it, following Odion's lead. when she got to the gap, Odion was already in the gap, and moving a long it. Ra wasn't convinced, she knew she couldn't swim, and the waterfall was making the rocks slimy. The water was thundering down, and she was scared. rooted to the spot, she just stood, shaking and not moving, looking at Odion

Dakari smiled a genuine smile at Tamu, I think we're okay, I mean I dunno... I'll find out later I guess. he sighed, before bringing up a subject he never thought he'd think of. I kind of miss Kopa. It's so different not having him around.

Noticing Ra not move, Odion went back to her side, Don't worry, there's no water in there. he said and jumped back, before offering her his paw again, Don't worry, I won't let anything bad happen to you.

Knowing how close Kopa and Dakari had grown in the few years he had been with them, Tamu understood Dakaris sudden sadness at the loss of Kopa. she knew that the chances of him coming back were very slim, and that the chances of him being the same lion were even slimmer. If only she could have found a way to stop the inevitable...

He was a good friend to us for many years, I miss him... I wish Jata never got to him though... she said without thinking, blushing as she realized what she said. quickly trying to pass over that fact, she said He'll be back one day Dakari... I know it!

Ra's mind was rooted to the spot. she knew that Odion was going to show her something beautiful, and that where they were going would be amazing, yet she felt scared. she was afraid of falling and drowning, how her parents would feel and how she would feel, knowing that she would have hurt Odion.

Hearing Odion's soothing calming words, Ra's mind began to realize what was going on. O... OK... Ra hesitantly said, Taking hold of Odion's paw, and slowly letting him take her along the ledge. Thank you Odion... she said, letting go of his paw half way across. But i have to do at lease half of this by myself, you go on ahead she said, a smile appearing on her face.

Dakari's mind began to fill with memories of his friend and the good times they've had together, all of them. He remembered that Kopa promised to come back, and he believed him. But he was worried that Kopa's journey would change him alot, and hoped that he'll be the same when he came back. He couldn't help but grin at what Tamu was saying, He and Jata had it pretty rough before he left, who knows. he said and gave her a friendly nudge to show that he meant what he was saying.

Orion began to pull Ra up; but when she insisted on climbing the rest by herself he let her. He turned towards the inside of the cave and hopped off the wall and inside. He knew Ra would like the place, it was very romantic. The light coming through the waterfall made it not too dark, but without alot of light either. He turned to Ra once she was done climbing onto the wall Pretty romantic, don't you think? he asked and smiled a charming smile at her.
