1. I was a Great King! Possibly not in the eyes of many others, but I could've made them see..if only I had the chance.
2. I beg to differ, Mufasa and the others treated me like scum my entire life. He never grew out of his cubhood teasing phases. He only let me stay because it would be barbaric to banish a family member.

I didn't mean to exile him, I meant for him to be killed. That way there would be no chance of him coming back. He's the "rightful" king in the others' eyes, remember?

If you meant for Simba to be killed, why did you bother convincing him that he was responsible for Mufasa's death? You came up behind him without him noticing until you spoke - surely you could just have delivered a blow to his head then and killed him?
Also, is Vitani your daughter? And if so, where did her blue eyes come from? Neither you or Zira have blue eyes.

I guess I was savoring the moment. I had 3 hyenas willing to run for miles after him and I felt like giving orders.
Not to be the little scientist, but eye color genes can lie dormant. Zira and I were both carriers of the recessive allele that causes blue eyes. By luck, Vitani got blue eyes.
