Pocahontas just has so many things going against it:
-Bland characers
-Not an accurate story (expected but it's even moreso then most.)
-Voice talent not really recognizable.
-The voice talent that is recognizable...is Mel Gibson...I say no more

It's easily one of my least favorite Disney flicks.

-Simba was originally gonna have four more friends in his gang: Mheetu (Nala's brother), Bhati (a bat-eared fox), Iggy (a lizard) and Tesma, a meerkat-like creature.

-I read somewhere that before they made Mheetu Nala's brother, they actually intended him to be Simba's brother..

-The hyenas were originally cape dogs.

-Scar's scar was on the other eye.

-Scar was waaay more bulky as shown in some concept art.

-The directors originally planned to make Scar's reign look like a concentration camp, but they dropped the idea because it would be too shocking (Hitler much?).

-The stampede was originally going to happen when Simba was a teenager; Scar would rule Mheetu into the stampede and trick Simba into going to save him.. How would Mufasa fit into all of this? Wouldn't Mheetu be scarred his entire life like Simba? D:

-They originally intended to make Scar win in the final battle, and then be consumed by flames while he's maniacally laughing.
