Tanga could not understand any response the human may or may not be giving him, but Tanga was growing more and more certain that this was the same human that had most likely saved his life last night.
Throwing the larger part of his caution to the winds, Tanga took a couple of very hesitant steps forward, now within reach of Shane's hands if he reached through the bars of the gate. "Who...who are you?" he asked softly, forgetting for a moment that the human could not possibly understand him, and would only hear a series of soft, calm growls, as he came right in front of the gate, his silver muzzle inches from the gate as he watched the human with only the smallest amount of caution. He was pretty sure now that the human was not a threat to him, and with that sense of danger falling, his curiosity was rising to take its place.
