Vitani watched her brother's fickle attempts and snickered in a low voice. "Mother, y'know I don't think Kovu quite up to training, hows about we just carry on? I've still got plenty of energy left!" She bounded to sit beside Zira, who turned to her son; "Well Kovu, are you up to training?!" She was impatient...

Kovu made one last effort to satnd but the pain it caused was to much and he collapsed again he slumped his head into the ground, depressed from failing to even stand up, let alone train.

Vitani laughed out loud this time. "Like I said, he's not up for training." Vitani walked out, looking over her shoulder at her brother's dismayed expression.
Zira followed her daughter out; "A King shouldn't try to be better than he is Kovu, if you can't train just don't!" She didn't watch him as she said this, but she knew he'd be dismayed.

Nuka who was whaching from his corner taking great joy in Kovus' pain, saw that last comment had hurt him deeply he contemplated talking to his brother, but thought a king needs to be hard emotinally aswell as physicaly and so decided it best to leave Kovu suffer alone.

Vitani, once outside the cave still wouldn't stop smiling; she couldn't help it. Her mother had brought Kovu down a few notches, that was for sure.
Together mother and daughter trained for the rest of the afternoon, and once finished Vitani bounded into the cave to see her brothers.

Kovu saw Vitani coming towards him he prepared for the gloting he would have to endure once she came over to him.

Vitani smirked when she saw her brother's face. "Well, well; how was the chosen one's training today? Or should I just ask myself..." She grinned as she began to groom.

Kovu gave no replay, he had no intention of playing this game with his sister, for all he wanted to do was get away from his sister but knew he coulden't stand let alone walk.

"Doesn't feel so good to be me does it Kovu?" She said these words with less mockery and a more serious tone. "Maybe now you'll understand..." She continued to clean.
