"Because I'm a girl - I'm the perfect leader stuck in a female body. I'm still stronger than you, smarter than you..." She ran and pinned her brother, claws digging in. "More brutal than you! So don't you go strutting around thinking you're the best, because you're wrong Kovu! And the only person who doesn't think that is the one that matters!" She leapt off him and started to leave the cave, tears running down her cheeks with fustration.

Kovu was in shock at what had happened, after a few secounds he regained his senses but rather than go talk to his sister he decided to lick his wounds and get that sleep he wanted so much.

Nuka saw Vitani pass him. He immediatly knew something had happened and so went and talked to Vitani. "Vitani ive never seen you cry befor what happened." His words were genuine as he cared for his younger sister.

Vitani cuddled into her older brother's front leg, sniffing though her tears had stopped. "Kovu just got to me, y'know?" She scooched away from Nuka slightly, then continued. "I mean, I know you've never really cared for him, but I thought we were buddies and recently he's not been himself, just yesterday he was all little kid, today he's arrogant and a complete jerk! Someone needs to knock him back down to Earth..."

Nuka let out a slight smerk, he thought this would give him more than enough reason to teach his brother a lesson of his own. "You know I could have a chat with that brother of ours', after all a King needs loyalty and having a subject run away isn't showing that qulity."

Vitani was smarter than Nuka; she knew he would use force rather than reason with Kovu, but perhaps after the way he'd been acting he deserved it: "Alright Nuka, but I'm coming with you! I'm not gonna let you get in trouble if mother comes along..." She padded into the cave again, having regained her composure.

Nuka walked into the cave at a good pace, he immediatly spotted where Kovu was sleeping and speeded up towards him. "The chosen one well let's see if he's still chosen after this." He whispered under his breath. He reached Kovu raised a paw with claws fully extended, he was ready to strike already picturing the fear in Kovus' eyes. He smiled at the thought, but befor he could he noticed a shadow behind him it was far to big to be Vitani.

"What do you think you're doing?" Zira spoke with a low, menacing voice. "I do hope, Nuka, that you weren't going to harm your brother..." She spoke slowly, never taking her eyes off Nuka.
Vitani padded past her mother to side with her brother: "If he doesn't then I will!" She ran landed heavily on Kovu back, then bit down hard on the back of his neck, forgetting the consequences that may come.

Nuka froze with shock at what he had just saw Vitani do to Kovu.

"owww!!" Yelled Kovu from the pain coming from his neck, he did't at realise it was Vitani who was the cause of it. Kovu was trying to wrestle his sister of his back but the days' training had taken alot of his strenghth and he was struggling to hold his and his sisters' weight. Despite this Kovu manged to keep to his feet knowing that winning was the only outcome he had if he wanted to maintain his mothers favour.

Vitani wasn't about to let Kovu beat her however; she quickly swung herself down onto his belly and, clenching his sides tightly with her claws, bit hard. She quickly released herself and rolled out before he could collapse on top of her; her mouth tasted of blood and her brother's huddled body should've upset her, yet she remained stone-faced. She turned to the crowd of lionesses that had gathered, finding her mother's icey stare and shocked expression. "Look at your precious chosen one now mother! Beaten by his 'weakling' of a sister!" She ran to his body and stamped hard, causing more blood to spill. " Happy now!?" She ran out of the cave, not giving her mother a chance to go mad as she started to herself...

Kovu tried to speak but his mouth was full of blood. He went into a coughing fit after of which the slightest noise could be heard but was to quiet to make out, what he was trying to say and so Kovu did all that he could, which was lay thier unable to kove through the crippling pain his own sister had put him in.

Nuka just stood thier now not knowing if he should talk move or even breath in fear of causing his mother to take her anger out on him.
