I haven`t heard this song, but like somone else mentioned, I just cannot imagine Mufasa singing.. It`s not natural. XD

It certainly is out of character, Mufasa is not a singer, he is a noble King.

Could you imagine Darth Vader singing anything? I don't see Mufasa doing anything like that. Not because singing is bad. He just can't do it.

lol, never watched Star Wars. Sorry. x) However, they could use a different singing voice for Mufasa during that scene, I've seen that happen a lot in movies. As long as they can get a voice actor that sounds like James Earl Jones..

ya, but the other character sound enough like themselves while singing to be convincing, you can't really do that with Mufasa
