Hearing his mate cough, Dakari lay himself down close to her, prayingthe spirits that she would be okay

"What's up?" Nuru asked noticing the concerned look on Dakaris face

"Nothing..." Dakari lied, "I just don't like to see you like this."

"Awwww thanks Hun" Nuru replied, moving her bead so she could lick her mate

Dakari smiled at her. If she was to make it then she would probably feel better by tomorrow morning, and if not... He didn't want to think about it

"Where's Jata?" Nuru asked, noticing ra had called for her, and she wasn't there

Dakari quickly thought about what o say, "Oh, she went back to the den."

"Ohhh, what did R want her for?" she asked

"I don't know, I didn't hear their talk." Dakari said. He hated lying to her like this, but he couldn't tell her that there was a chance she was now dying.
