The desktop icon on the upper-left is a shortcut to the next episode of 24 I'm going to watch on Hulu. In the system tray from left-to-right there's uTorrent, Task Manager, USB crap, Intel Graphics Driver, TeamViewer (for accessing my PC remotely), Microsoft Security Essentials bugging me about a vulnerability *slinks off to take care of that*, notifications and stuff, Java, an ISO mounter, battery status, wifi status, sound, and the weather.
