Am I the only one that doesn't think Nuka aged much?

I still think that he shouldv'e changed abit more. I mean, I know he's malnourished and all, but the difference between Young Kovu and old Kovu were alot more than Nuka's aging. I think his mane should've looked more like a mane! It looked like a horses mane at first!

His appearance is really necessary to personify his character, he is in teenage style emotional turmoil and is in desparate need of attention. It would be hard to show him as a thick maned adult and not have him showing signs of advanced mental decay. Besides, adult lions eat 11-14 pounds of meat per day based on gender, and I highly doubt the outlanders have access to that much food.

Nuka was probably going from a teen into an adult at the very moment when we first saw him. Though you need to look closely to see how much he really aged.
