I'm sorry, but Mufasa is the most indecisive king ever. He can't even realize that his brother is allied to the hyenas and wants him dead. So, Simba has my vote.

No one knew about that, not even Simba except when it became obvious. And Simba was pretty clueless too when it came to figuring out where Kovu's loyalties lay. >.>
