I love Zira... I think she's really misunderstood. Seriously, if someone killed your mate (directly or not), wouldn't you want to get revenge? As for her insanity with brainwashing her cubs... Hatred can really brainwash you.

Mmm ... I don't think you could really answer that honestly until it happened to you. Being attached to a character is not the same as living their life. Morals tend to go out the window when grief and anger elbow their way in with some people, and Zira was not exempt.
