Bambi RP (Private)

Geno thought before speaking up again. He knew that being a prinde meant risking his own life for the safety of not only the herd, but of all the animals in the forest. He remembered when his father helped save Garo from men when Geno was still a fawn. And when he, his sister and both his parents were in their den the same night when men came, his father was protecting him and his sister with his own body when men began shooting. His father was brave, and Geno knew it. "I know." he said after a short moment

The old stag smiled though and looked at Geno, "Believe it or not when your father was a fawn and your age even he thought of himself as a coward. So I wouldn't worry about it son for with a legacy such as yours you will be brave." He then looked at the young buck and said, "Do you know who Bambi's father was. He was the Great Prince of the Forest before Bambi took over. Did your father ever speak of this stag?" Ronno came then before Bambi. "Bambi who is this buck who helped you? Is he a friend? Is he familiar?" Ronno was confused about the whole thing.

Geno then tried to think abou his grandfather. Bambi did mention him a few times, but he didn't tell either him or Gurri much. "He did, a few times..." he said, a little confused that the stag stated that Bambi's father was the Great Prince before Bambi took over, which was quite obvious.

Bambi looked at Ronno, the same confused look at his face as well. He wasn't used to actually talking to Ronno without the two of them fighting or shouting at eachother, but he forced himself to answer, "I don't know..." Bambi said and glanced at where the stag was talking to Geno.

The old stag nodded and said, "His father taught him everything that could be taught in a short amount of time just as he taught you." He smiled toward the young buck and said, "Do you know the fate of Bambi's mother?" For some reason he was sad all of a sudden and looked away.

Ronno looked surprised. "I thought at least you would know. What is he doing here? What does he want?" He looked at Bambi again, "Well Great Prince what do you think of him? Is he friendly? Can he be trusted?" Ronno looked toward the old stag knowing he saw him from somewhere.

Geno knew what happend to Bambi's mother. And it wasn't a joke to say that every animal in the forest knew of the tragic story. "Yes, I know what happend to her." he said and sighed. He wondered what would it be like if he met his own grandmother, or grandfather from either his mother's or father's side.

Bambi looked at him confused, "Why not?" he asked confused. Ronno just never seemed to trust anyone, but that quallity had proven itself to be very useful.

The old buck again bowed his head in sadness. "Could you imagine being without a mother or a mate? Imagine if your mate or own mother died today. But that is what Bambi's father and Bambi himself had to go through." He looked at the young one and said, "That is another part of being the Great Prince."

Ronno sighed and said, "Well from what I have learned sometimes others try to do nice things to gain your trust and then they get rid of you so to speak."

Geno sighed, "No. I can't imagine." he admitted, he had no idea how that felt, "And I hope I'll never experience such a feeling feeling."

Bambi then thought about what Ronno said. Maybe he was right? He decided he'll keep a close eye on the stag. He then looked down at Faline, who was still un-conscious.

The old stag again looked at him and said, "I hope for that as well son. I hope you never have to experience that feeling." He smiled and said, "But there are good things to being the Great Prince as well however it is mostly responsibility son."

Faline went in and out of consciousness and thought in her own mind that she didn't make it.

Being the Great Prince only meant one thing to Geno; responsibility. He never saw anything rewarding in those duties. "Really, like what?"

Bambi noticed Faline stir and bent over so she could hear him better. "Faline?"

The old buck said, "Well son you can secure for your family happiness. You can make sure everyone else has happiness. And you can make yourself happy knowing that you can help and save everyone. That is the rewarding part."

Faline stirred and said, "Bambi? Is that you."
