Tanga just laughed at Uhuru's response. He knew why she had said that, knowing that he felt the same way at her age. "It might seem yuck to you, Uhuru," he said with a smile. "But you'll undestand better when you're a little older. When I was your age, I felt the same way."

He then decided to change the subject. "So...what do you get up to around here?"

Uhuru smirked at him, "Yeah, I don't think that's going to happen." she protested, like most cubs did when they were told they would understand once they're older. "I like chasing butterflies." she said playfully pounced at Tanga's un-injured leg.

Tanga grinned as Marini pounced at his leg. Deciding to have some fun with his new sister, he yelled playfully, rearing up and falling over backwards, laughing as his back hit the grass, leaving him at his sister's mercy to whatever game she came up with.

Noticing Tanga's reaction Uhuru laughed as she jumped onto his stomach, trying to steady herself despite the fact he was laughing. She then walked up towards where his head was and stood there, "I win!" she said began hopping around on her brother

Tanga laughed happily with his sister as she hopped around on him...until she struck one of his wounds. Roaring in agony, he rolled himself onto his side, inadvertantly knocking Uhuru straigh off his belly as a paw went straight to his chest, his breathing heavy and strained as he clutched his wounds, which were once again throbbing painfully.

Realising what he had done, he gently reached over to Uhuru, using his muzzle to try and help her back up. "I'm sorry, Uhuru," he said guiltily, feeling bad for doing that so soon after meeting her.

When Kali heard Tanga roar and saw Uhuru get shoved roughly off her brother, she was ready to go after Tanga, but held herself back when she saw Tanga help Uhuru back up, apologising whilst clutching the wounds at his chest. Realising what had happened, she hung back, continuing to watch the situation.

Uhuru continued hopping untill she was suddenly shoved off from her brother's chest. She landed on some quite tall grass so it didn't hurt, but she couldn't deny that it scared her. Her small body shaking slightly as Tanga helped her up, she wanted to turn her back on him and run to one of her parents, but his tone was very kind and it was obvious that he felt guilty about what he just did. "Why?" she asked, her tone shaky

Marini saw this and got up quickly. Tanga wouldn't harm his little sister just so he could get back at his parents, would he? She then sighed in relief when he saw him help her up and apologise while clutching onto one of his wounds and understood that Uhuru probably tripped one of them by mistake.

Tanga, still breathing heavy, took a moment to reply. He felt like his wounds had all been reopened again when he heard his sister's shaky voice. He had given her a big scare, and he hated himself for it. "It's my wounds," he finally said. "They hurt a lot when someone touches them." He sighed, still feeling guilty, before giving his sister a caring nuzzle. "It's not your fault...you couldn't have known. I'm sorry for knocking you away like that."

Feeling the pain in his wounds fade back to an uncomfortable, stinging throb, Tanga removed his paw from his chest and rolled onto his stomach. "How about we play a game that doesn't involve jumping all over my sore body, huh?" he suggested softly. "But if you don't want to play, I understand."

Even while Tanga explained what happend, Uhuru was still slightly scared of him. When he bent towards here and nuzzled her she was noticably taken back, but it comforted her a little. She then felt a little disturbed when Tanga hurried to say that it wasn't her fault, it was clear that he was sorry. "Well..." she began, her playfulness coming back to her, "What else can we play?"

Tanga smiled at Uhuru. "I'm not sure...I've never played with a little sister before..." He then smiled, and turned towards Marini. "You know any good games we could play, Rini?" he asked, attempting to get her into the conversation and interaction as well.

Marini then looked at the two, who were both looking at her waiting for an answer. She walked closer to them, a smile spreading across her muzzle when she noticed the playful smile on the little cub's face. She looked at the two for a moment,. The two siblings didn't look the same at all, besides their eyes. They both had blue eyes, even though Uhuru's eye were slightly a darker blue, but if you looked closely, you could tell the two were related. |"Hmmm...." she said, adopting the mischevous smile that Uhuru had while trying to think of something that Tanga could also take part in, You ever played hide an seek Uhuru?" she asked, lowering her head so that she was the same height as the little cub who nodded her head in a 'no'
