you know its funny I never noticed the slight blood lines either on Mufasa's paws! Good find and spotting!

did any1 ever act out the part where mufasa died and where simba almost died? i remember doing that i would be scar or mufasa or simba we would all switch places and we would actually dig r nails in too whoever was mufasa or simba :P who else did that?

I never noticed the blood on that scene, I deffinitely did on the Hyehnas though! It's not as uncommon as you would think but well spotted nontheless.

Yeah, disney has a thing for adding slight notches of blood/scratches. It usually isn't horrably noticeable though.

I recently just watched TLK on YouTube. The part where Simba scratches one of the hyenas on the face is obviously noticable. But I never noticed this part. So hard to notice!

It’s not exactly Disney’s style to show huge gashes and gaping wounds. I like that they sometimes how a little blood and some scratches.. The movies need that touch of realism.

It seems that all signs of injury disappears too quickly. Shenzi's scratches and any sign of Simba's SP injuries are gone by the next scene.

That's not the only time you see blood. The scene where Simba saves Nala from the Hyena's? Simba slashes Shenzi's face and you can clearly see blood there as well. This might actually be the first Disney movie to actually include blood?
