bashu was a very young cub when his parents tried to kill him.
the needed to because soon he would have to start hunting for there pride and they knew this would be a disaster for there son was very un-lion like and also knew that the food would spot there son literally a mile away. You see in bashu's first pride acorrding to tradition the males were the only ones who could hunt. but a night before the parents tried to kill bashu and his sister annita bashu took annita to a rock and killed a rabbit that would have to last the awhile atleast until they found a new home
that new home would be the pridelands
the pridelands would be the place bashu met his future mate shala
5 years after coming to priderock bashu married shala and they had 1 child name
