"Oh,yeah" she said quickly,turning around to face him. His eyes met hers and she was once again embraced by the goodness sparkling at her like an evening star peering down from a dark sky. She suddenly felt a great deal happier. "I'm fine." she added reassuringly,because he didn't look too convinced, "Now let's do something" she added,"I think you guys need to get to know me a little before you can give me a nickname."

Moving his friends paw, he quickly got up, and bolted away, running back, he laughed. hearing Isoke's comment, it gave him the perfect opportunity, "Yeah sure, im sure Jenny here,..." he gestured to Jengo "wouldn't want to jump the antelope" to annoy Jengo even more, he went to Isokes side, knowing Jengo wanted to be with her, and he wouldn't dare try to hurt him there

Jengo placed his head in his paw and sighed out but smirked. "That's okay Lily", he smirked over at his best friend, "we can all find something to do together".

Isoke stared at them both and burst out laughing. "You two are completely nuts,ya know." she giggled,"Jenny and Lily..let's get outta here,where do you guys wanna go?"

(sorry about the double post but this is going too quiet now lol). "Shhh!" Kiara turned around,looking anxiously at the lionesses behind her. "be quiet!" she mouthed,not daring to actually speak. The herd had been on the move most of the day but now that they were settled,they were bound to be on the lookout for predators lurking in the grass, which was exactly what the group of hunters in training were now doing. The group kept on approaching their prey in a much too careless manner despite Kiara's warning and this caused panic to arise among the herd,they started running and were out of reach only seconds later. Kiara could do nothing but watch as they vanished out of sight. "You need to listen to me!" she said,annoyed,"Now we've lost them. Let's move on!" They walked around for a while,trying to track down another herd,but without much luck. Kiara sighed. There was no way she would be doing this again anytime soon,she was too impatient to be a good teacher and these youngsters didn't even listen to her. What a waste of time.."Look!" a lioness suddenly shouted,"A herd,over there!" Kiara looked around,spotting what appeared to be a herd of the strangest looking creatures she had ever seen. They looked similar to buffalos, but a lot smaller and surprisingly enough,not dark in colour but very light. The lionesses approached the creatures cautiously. It wasn't until Kiara got a lot closer that she realised that they were surrounded by something strange looking that seemed to grow like trees from the ground. Whatever it was prevented them from getting any closer,and Kiara had a feeling they shouldn't be here at all,that they ought to leave. But before she could say anything there was a loud BANG; odd,two-legged creatures were running towards them from every direction,pointing shiny sticks at them. The young lionesses screamed,there was another bang and one of them fell to the ground,bleeding and shaking with fear. "Run!" Kiara screamed,trying to protect the wounded lioness while trying to understand what was happening, "Everybody,run!"

{I was waiting for Nakisisa to say something, but since he's not, let us continue...}

"Mother!" A lioness called out, rushing up beside Kiara and running with her. Bina, while speeding with her mother, danced around the paws of the other lionesses and made her way around them while making sure nothing came to harm of her and her mother. Being the princess, she was obviously being protected like the queen beside her, but she was desperate to protect them all. Because of that protective instinct, she turned foot, almost bowling over the lionesses and shot towards the man. Bina was lucky to have such a quick body that could reach top speed without much difficulty to dodge when something was coming at her.

"Whoa!" Jengo exclaimed, seeing from a ways away that there were the lionesses that he had seen earlier and they were running with the queen and princess. That meant, if the queen and her daughter were there, king Kovu couldn't be far away. Jengo watched as princess Bina sped towards the men, and made them topple into each other. She was a quick thing for someone that young. Now that I think about it...she's not much older than me..., he thought to himself.

Kovu was walking, paroling the borders. it was a sunny day, and he knew his daughter and mate would be doing something, probably hunting. So far, the day had been easy, no rouges, no bad weather, "When was it last like thi...." he asked aloud, not before hearing a large *BANG* his mindset immediately changed, and he had two things on his mind, Kiara and Bina. "I'm Coming" he roared, Racing towards the sound. Seeing some of his pride, he ran to them and commanded, "Come with me NOW!" as he ran towards the lionesses.

Li was fuming, Hitting Jengo at the new nickname. "Up Yours" he growled as the king ran towards them, Li didn't notice him till they were side by side, hearing the command, he replied, "SIR. YES, SIR" And he quickly followed him

"Ugh!" Bina growled, running around the hunters and avoiding the shots. "Why don't these things just give up?" She asked, getting her temper toyed with. She definetly got her from her mother. Speaking of her mother, she saw Kiara run off with the lionesses and she was going past Kovu who was leading more of them. Pausing for a moment, she watched them and had her attention brought back to the men when she felt them try and grab her tail. "Whoa" she exclaimed, snapping her jaw before she took the gun in her mouth and threw it away from the man.

Jengo bolted down to Bina, making sure she was okay. "Bina, come on" he called out to her. The princess turned her head to the commoner lion whom she had seen a few times around. She knew he was from the Outlands beforehand and sometime you just couldn't trust them. But her father was from there as well, and look at where he got to. Not questioning anything anymore, she jolted over to Jengo who ran to the others with Li and looked back to see if Isoke was left behind. "Come on, Isoke" he called out.

Kiara glanced back at the others and gasped; one of the humans had leapt back to his feet and was now pointing his weapon at them. Kiara had no idea what it was,but she knew it was dangerous. "Watch out!" she screamed,still too frightened to fully comprehend what was going on.

Isoke jumped out of the way to avoid being knocked over by Kovu as he ran past her. Fear struck her like lightning as she heard another BANG,there was something dreadfully familiar about that particular noise and all of a sudden,she felt as if she'd just gone back in time. Vivid memories entered her mind,memories she had tried so hard to forget,memories of her mother fighting a two-legged creature..the loud "BANG!" that appeared to echo inside her head..and then,silence..nothing but silence as she approached her mother,laying motionless on the ground with her face down..
Isoke did not follow the others. She ran. Further and further away. Tears streaming down her face.

Upon seeing Isoke run away, Jenko changed direction and let Bina run off with her mother and father along with their pride.

He was of course worried something would happen to her when she had such a violent reaction towards the situation at paw, but he was also curious for the answer as to why she had the sudden mood swing. What had brought back the kind of memories where she was running away from them? "Isoke!" the male called out, but he saw the two-legged 'thing' was coming to them so he pushed her behind forward. "Run" he urged her, leading the way.
