Tanga shrugged, wincing as the cut stung once again. "Don't worry about it, Rini...it's just a scratch. Just eat."
Taking his own advice, he dug back into the meal, practically feeling his stomach fill up, it had been so long since his last meal. When he had finally eaten his fill, he he sat back and looked towards the north, remembering Sarabi's advice about staying in the Pridelands as little as possible. Since they were both still too small to drag the kill themselves, Tanga settled for keeping a lookout towards the north while Marini ate, keeping an eye out for any sign that Scar, or anyone else in the pride, was heading their way.

Sarabi forced her body to remain limp and still as Sarafina placed her on her back and carried her off. Her neck hurt from where her friend had bitten her, but Sarabi knew that it could have been a whole lot worse...for her at least.
She just prayed Sarafina knew what she was getting into.
