From a few FanFics i heared that Nuka was a good friend with Kopa Simba's son.But he got Jealous of Kovu being the Hier even though Scar wasn't his Father,that is probably why he is so nutty trying to get Zira to pay attention to him all the time

I Also had a good laugh when in "My Lullaby" he waves a leaf Stick and sarcastically says

"Kovu what a Guy"

I dont think he would be such a good leader because he wasnt really taught on how to be king, and he pretty much would be too crazy and a bit scrawny i think but thats my opinion lol

^ I Agree with you he would have had to be taught how to be a King,but Scar did not care much for His Son therefore couldn't give him the best way to be brought up or have the proper training.

Scar was a Pretty Lousy King too so...................
