Wow... For some reason, blood creeps me out... But why would Disney EVER show blood in a kids' movie? :/ I just don't get it!
I think kids can handle a little blood lol. I can think of several instances where blood is shown in Disney movies: Mulan, Beauty and the Beast, Sleeping Beauty, etc. It shouldn't be R-rated to show a few cuts and bruises lol... after all it is something we experience in daily life. And I bet most kids missed it anyway ^^
Now if it was a huge, gory mess, THAT would be disturbing to young cubbies. :horrified:

for me looks more like red marks than blood, but either way, it doesn't affect me or anyone that I know, isn't something to be alarm of, although if is one of those very mature show or movies that at each min they show a large amount of blood,

Yeah, there's the other topic: viewtopic.php?f=76&t=3096

It's really creepy, to me at least... That must have been a lot painful, poor Mufasa. :(

...don't you find it odd that the scars on his paws disappear just a few seconds later, when Simba discovers Mufasa's body? They couldn't just disappear because, like Amanda said, his weight made Scar's grips get dragged farther into his paws, thus making the injury more severe.
