Lion King Goes 3D

Hmm well I've never seen a 3D movie... lame I know... but I'd like my first to be TLK. If it sucks... it sucks, but I'd like the chance to see it anyway.

I'm actually not too big on TLK being released in 3D. I've heard that many 3D movies are pretty gimmicky most of the time. It doesn't help that I wouldn't be able to watch the 3D version anyway since I'm visually impaired: I only have vision in my left eye.

It would be really cool if they re-released the 2D version to theaters though. It's been so long I can't even remember watching it in theaters when I was little.

Wow nice find KM Im not that big of a fan of 3D though, the last time I saw a movie in 3D (It was Avatar) I got sorta sick and didn't feel well my stomach kept bothering me and my head kept hurting And I have heard it happening to other people as well. But I would still love to see it in 3D

hold on if their going to release it in 3d then they should also release in 2d so either way we get to see at at theaters

I'm almost sure it isn't going to be computer animated! It would be horrible...

Well I decided to do a little research. It mentions in the article that the guy who's "reanimating" TLK also has a 3D Beauty and the Beast project that he's currently working on.
I can't spot any big differences between this and the original version, so hopefully TLK should turn out the same right?

In this video 3D isn't shown; and I think it couldn't be... In the video is only said that Beauty and the Beast is coming to Blu-Ray... I didn't hear anything about 3D O_o Maybe there's a mistake in the title... Well, TLK will be quite different from its 2D version, I think

When I read this new I couldn't believe to my eyes... This would be AMAZING!!! I have never seen TLK in a theatre! But I've seen Bolt and Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland in 3D, and I liked it very much, especially Alice... So I hope very-very much that this new is not just a rumor!

And I think there will be and 2D version in theatres when TLK 3D comes out, so we'll have a choice which version to see =)
