Well, I finally decided to post this after thinking about it for a while.

I used to watch a lot of TLK videos on YouTube, and I got curious to hear the characters in different languages and see how good or bad their voices are.

These are the songs from The Lion King II: Simba's Pride in different languages, and some of them have subtitles, so we know what they actually say in that language and compare the lyrics. Enjoy!

Wow! Great thread!

I really like The Japanese version of Love Will Find a Way, but they really changed the meaning of the lyrics when they make these translations. Its not necessarily a bad thing its just interpreted differently.

I love the Italian version, I think it sounds beautiful.

I've seen the movie in two and a half different languages: English, and Latin and European Spanish. My favorite voices are, obviously, the ones in Latin Spanish, but I love some parts of the script in the European Spanish one.

Well, I've seen a lot of the various foreign language versions of TLK songs from all the TLK movies. I don't really have that many favorites of them that stick out in my mind aside from one! ^^ The Norwegian version of We Are One is so AWESOME due to Cubby Kiara's voice talent! Wow, she is just so amazing and I love the way she sings. ^^ It sounds so beautiful. lol. It made me want to buy a copy of TLK2SP that had the Norwegian language track on it, but I've yet to get my paws on one sadly, since I don't know what region code to look for and better yet, where to look for it in the first place. ^^ If anyone knows where I could buy one though, please let me know! lol. ^^
