[Kovu]

Kovu was puzzled and did not made any response to the two lioness statements. Instead he remained straight and looked for Zira. There she was, climbing up the steps onto Pride Rock and only when she get's nearer, Kovu grows more nervous.

[Kiara]

Kiara looked at Kovu, seeing his expression she walked over and stood right beside him. "Kovu, what's wrong?" she asked looking at him. Then she look towards what he was looking at and saw Zira walking towards them. "Kovu..." she said quietly, still looking at Zira, her friendly smile fading away. She didn't know what to say to Zira. Five minutes ago they were about to kill each other and she didn't know how would Zira respond to what Kovu did. But she was ready to step up for him in case he needed her.

[Kovu]

As Zira approached closer towards Pride Rock, Kovu showed pride with his head held high. Kovu looked down at his mother and *stood there with an upset look. He knew the punishment he would receive for betraying his pride and taking side with Simba, but he showed no fear in his eyes for Zira. "Mother..." Kovu said in a warning voice. "This is now your pride, your family. You cannot turn your back on them." Recognizing the irony, "It's all you have left." Kovu has his head bowed down sadly. Zira did not made sound walked past her son in a mad manner. Quietly, Kovu said to Kiara, "It was my fault. If it weren't for me, Nuka would've been here." Kiara looked at Kovu puzzled.

[Kiara]

Kiara observed the conversation. Something about Zira made her feel that nothing was over yet. But even if she did want to do anything she couldn't; the outlanders were now a part of the pridelanders. Kiara turned to Kovu, "I'm sorry what? What do you mean?" she asked, "who's Nuka?" She never met or ever heard of him.

[Kovu]

Kovu was expected of a question like that from Kiara, but wasn't prepared for an answer. "No one. No one you should know about... plus, what else matters? We are all one." Kiara still gave him a puzzled look. Kovu looked back at her and was unsure of her expression. Then, looking beyond the Pride Lands, Simba and Nala are approaching closer. He turns for Pride Rock and says to Kiara without a worry, "It's nothing you need to know right away." and ascends towards the cave with the other lionesses.

[Kiara]

"If you ever feel like talking about it, then I'm here." Kiara said giving Kovu a slight nuzzle and following him back to the cave

Vitani couldn't believe Kovu hadn't told Kiara who Nuka was... Had been. Tears sprung to her eyes remembering her older brother. Ashamed of him brother? You should be ashamed. He wanted all you had and died for it and you can't even tell her who he was... Disgusted, she turned away, partly to stop herself screaming in his sad, stupid face. She had been well known as a drama queen in tthe outlands. No one had wanted to cross her.

She spotted queen Nala a short distance away and walked over to her. "Your majesty." She said, bowing her head. "Will you be wanting any new huntresses? Because I can assure you, our hunting team are very good."
