@Nakisisa: Adeola raised her head and looked at him with a hurt gaze, "I don't know. Why don't you tell me, because I don't know anymore" she told him. She was on the verge of tears, but she held them back and waited for his answer. Even if he were to answer it was her, she would still know he had a part of him with Malaika that he didn't want to take away. Her anxieties of what happened between her and Kovu were coming back to her again and she didn't want to have to have it happen again. Not with a lion like Naki. She was praying he would tell her the truth and it would be her with no chance of Malaika.

@SnowyCheetah: The lioness let out an aggitated sigh as she felt the sticky mud between her toes. She should have been paying more attention to where she was going. Luckily, she had dealt with this before so she pulled her paw up as high as it could go and cut the mud with her teeth. Once her paws were free, she worked on her back legs by swiping the mud clutching her with her claws and climbed out. She turned back to Grunge, "take my tail" she told him, offering her tail out so he could grab it with his mouth and she could start pulling him out.

@VitanisMate: "For everyone, it's different. For me, it was a growth into an adult. For some, it's just another task of the day but for me it was a reward to wake up in the morning and knew I did my job well when I went to sleep every night" she answered him. The memories of Mzuri came back to her and she smiled, looking up at the sky. "And your mom was a very tricky task". She laughed, remembering how her daughter would wake her up every morning bright and early, much like Ekwu used to, and they would explore before anyone had woken up in the Pridelands.

Lesedi looked over and across the water to see Duna coming to it. He was smiling as he walked, keeping his eyes on her and she got to her feet with a smile. "Well, hello there stranger" she joked. Duna just laughed a little and then went back to his smile.
"Your brother is interesting. He came up to me and was giving me a serious talk about me not messing around with you" he told her. Lesedi rose her eyebrow and gave him a look. "He seems like he loves you a lot"
"I don't have a brother". The lioness watched as his expression changed from a content one to confused at hearing her answer.
"You don't have a brother? Dark fur, dark mane? Name is...uh, what was it, umm...," Lesedi drew her head closer, "Ekwu?"
My brother from another mother. "Oh...," she turned her head to look behind her where she left Ekwu with his attitude change, "that brother". Her voice was now very scary and her claws were out. "Uh, Duna, I'll catch you later, alright? I gotta go! Bye!" She called over her shoulder as she was already speeding towards where Ekwu was. She wanted to speak with him more, but she had to take care of some business.
She saw Adeola and Ekwu together and came speeding down the hill, "EKWU!" She roared.
Adeola looked back and saw an angry Lesedi going for her grandson. "I think Lesedi wants to speak with you, Ekwu" she said in-a-matter-of-fact tone.

@SilverSimba01: "What?" She asked the little cub, waiting for her reply. It seemed like Kamy was thinking of something that she didn't want to think about or say something she didn't want to say.
