I could see a sequel based on Shakespeare's The Twelfth Night (which is roughly about a girl dressing as a guy and accidentally getting another girl to fall in love with her) happening. I could've sworn that Vitani was a male character for most of the movie the first time I saw it. xD She could fit that part.

LOL,now that would be...eeeh,interesting...
Yeah, she does have that 'tomboy' kind of look. :lol3:
I would LOVE to see a prequel to TLK,so that it revolves around the stuff that's been going on all the way from when Mufasa and Taka were born.

Yes, I was dissapointed. I felt they needed more of a story. I didn't even think of where Timon and Pumbaa came from and honestly, I didn't really care. I believe they did it to make more money. Yep, I said it.

I agree it is quite sad that it wasn't based on Kopa- but then again we may not know if he existed- or if he was a figment of fan imagination...

I liked TLK 1 & 1/2 because it relieved and comforted after all the tradegy from the first, so it was good for the children. Then again I wish it was more classical and, you know, its the Lion King!

Then again this movie explained some of the mysteries of the story- like where Hakuna Matata came about ( :looney: Rafiki told Timon that)
Sometimes they were bootleg reasons ( like why they bowed for Simbas baby honoring in the beginning of TLK1 - because of the fart Pumbaa released)

So...I'm ok and I kinda liked it - especially the Song Digga Tunnah!

if you claim u love the Lion King series, then it would be safe to say you like this one 2 :looney:

Hahaha, that's a good one. Wishful thinking, love, but I'm gonna have to disagree with you there. ;)

I was very disappointed. I'm not a fan of Timon and Pumbaa and I think that since they had their own TV show, why give them a movie?! They could have used that movie to look at the lesser seen side of TLK 1 and 2. Heck, I would have preferred a movie about the cubhood of Mufasa, Scar and Sarabi. I don't like how they turned a serious and awesome movie like TLK into something crude and "humorous". The only thing I liked was the way they drew Simba. That's it. Overall this movie sucked.

yes! yes! it failed!!!! I agree that it sucked! I mean, "TLK" stands for THE LION KING. and 1.5 is what happened BETWEEN one and two! SO, It SHOULD have been Kopa, a LION! NOT timon and Pumbaa! They fail! Fail! fail! THEY are the ones who, yes, saved Simba, but did they really? Vultures won't eat something still alive. But the ruined the young king! They turned him into a lazy-boned, irrisponsible lion, and they aren't even a significant part of TLK so no movie called tlk should solely be about them! If anything it shoulda been tlk .5.. :ehh:

Jeez calm down its a movie. You didnt have to watch it. It was aimed at kids. Timon and Pumbaa make kids laugh. I was obsessed with tha movie when I was a kid. So calm down :/

I wasnt that dissapointed, they could of made it better but I thought it was okay. Some parts made me mad or grossed out but it wasnt all that bad.

I think 1.5 was for the kids that had short attention spans, and chouldnt watch the first 2 because they were to serious for them

You got that wrong... That's what Simba was supposed to be before he was told that he should take his place in the circle of life...
