More Lines for Sarafina

well, her one line was originally going to be two consecutive lines. I think it really would've been better if they had left that other line. it was something to the effect of "Hmmmm, what do you think Sarabi? I'm not so sure if they're hyenas spotted in the Pride Lands" I forgot where I was told that, it might've been a script that had all the left-out parts.

also perhaps some lines during Scar's take over with her comforting Sarabi and Nala would be nice.

and personally I'd enjoy seeing a little dialogue between her and Sarabi after the cubs have left about their own younger days (I suspect Sarabi of being as mischeivous as Simba XD). I mean, we don't even know for sure if she was even the same age as Sarabi or if they've been friends a long time.

another location could be after the father-son chat, they could've shown Nala's return and the reactions of Sarafina (as well as probably some other pride lionesses). that would be some key personality development as we'd see how exactly she handled the situation.

I just don't have any idea myself on what exactly she should say lol

I think those ideas are wonderful, Simba. I would definatly like to hear more from Sarafina on those points in the movie.

I like Sarafina with just her one line actually =) Keeps her a kinda enigmatic character, sort of like Vitani.

I meant that Sarafina has the right amount of screen time imo. Any more and we'd lose some of the rest of the characters, especially Sarabi who only has a small role herself.

Perhaps Saffy could have appeared with Sarabi later during Scar's reign, considering they are BFF's lol

Again, I feel like that might have taken away from Sarabi's role. Having Sarabi as the lone noble lioness still standing proud against Scar was very powerful and that would have been diminished if Sarafina were around.

She was the only one standing against Scar? Oo I never noticed that. What was she doing that was different than the other lionesses?

She was the one that bore the full brunt of Scar's wrath about the hunting party. The fact that she was able to keep her defiant spirit was special to me.

Vitani's enigmatic nature is what draws me to her character; the same applies to Sarafina. Leaves more up to the imagination. It's no fun if everything is already laid out for you. Nothing left to speculate. :)
